Valerie Brenton is a professional genealogist based in Dorset, Southern England, volunteer researcher at her local archive - Dorset History Center and coordinator of the Brenton One-Name Study. She is a MSc alumnus of the University of Strathclyde’s Genealogical, Paleographic and Heraldic Studies course and has a keen interest in unearthing information to bring to life the invisible and unknown people of the past.
