I have been a search angel for over fifty people since 2018 (and unofficially interested in genealogy since my teen years when I visited Kew Gardens for my genealogy-obsessed parents), searching for unknown parentage and filling in their family trees, mainly from New Jersey north into Canada. I am also a member of DNA Detectives, and live in New Jersey, although originally came from Ottawa, Canada by way of Britain (and a mathematician husband, Paul). I have attended many i4GG lectures (since 2014) and two RIGG conferences, and a few general national genealogy conferences in Washington DC. I also belong to my local NJGC branch where I have given a lecture on DNA searches. It is my pleasure to research difficult cases of endogamy and pedigree collapse.
