Lover of history, researching and puzzles; I like to solve things. I was trained as an historian specializing in Family and Social History (with a focus on Medieval History). I became interested in genealogy when young and love being able to share my knowledge of family history with others.

My areas of specialization include Canada (especially Ontario, the Atlantic Provinces and the Foreign Protestants), USA, England, Scotland, Ireland, Australia and the British in India. I also have done pedigrees that involved research in France, New Zealand and South Africa.
