Family stories are fascinating.  Let me help you gather and tell your stories!  I read Russian, German, French, and Latin records.  Much of my research has been with German and French records from 17th to 19th centuries.  With a PhD in sociology, I can also provide social and historical context for the genealogical records and sources I find.  I research for clients or assist clients to do their own research.  I write family histories (books, articles) .  I also give lectures and seminars on various topics, including Finding German Ancestors.
