I am a historical researcher and genealogist specializing in network analysis, FAN (Friends, Associates, and Neighbors) research, and marginalized voices in the American South. My work integrates genealogy, historical data visualization, and archival research to uncover overlooked narratives and complex social histories.

Research Focus Areas:

  • Historical Network & FAN Research – Mapping relationships through correspondence, petitions, legal records, and economic transactions.
  • Southern Claims Commission & Post-Civil War Reconstruction – Tracing restitution claims, personal testimonies, and land disputes to reconstruct family histories and community ties.
  • Women’s History & Marginalized Voices in the South – Examining enslaved, free Black, Indigenous, and immigrant women's roles in Southern communities.
  • Displacement & Social Mobility – Analyzing migration patterns, economic shifts, and legal barriers shaping Southern families.

I apply data-driven historical methods to track kinship, economic ties, and political activism across generations, including network mapping, GIS visualization, and social graphing.

🔍 Available for consulting, archival research, historical network analysis, and genealogical projects focused on the Reconstruction South, women's history, and marginalized communities.
