I have been researching my family and others for over thirty years, working in both the U.S. and Europe, primarily in the 18th, 19th, and early 20th Centuries. I have conducted research in several of the best-known genealogical and historical research libraries in the U.S., including an annual visit to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City for many years. I have documented my lineage for membership in the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Mayflower Society. I am retired from Carnegie Mellon University and am available to conduct on-site research throughout Oregon, particularly in the northwest. Recent customer research has included Sweden, Canada, the U.S. Midwest, and Germans from Russia. I especially enjoy helping people sort out the information and artifacts they have and turn them into a family tree.

Services

I regularly volunteer at the Columbia County [Oregon] Historical Museum, cataloging their resources that have genealogical significance. I am currently President of the Oregon APG chapter. I also volunteer to support genealogy conferences in Oregon.
