I'm an accomplished genealogist and historical researcher with a passion for helping people discover their family history. I enjoy helping a range of clients--from those who are just beginning their family history journey to those who are well into their ancestor search but find they need expert help with complex research.

As a former full-time researcher and genealogist at American Ancestors/New England Historic Genealogical Society in Boston, the oldest genealogical society in the United States, I've completed hundreds of research cases and projects, including challenging “brick wall” questions, that encompassed many states and U.S. regions as well as in Canada, England, Ireland, and Eastern Europe for Jewish genealogy. I've also authored, co-authored and contributed genealogical and historical research for full-length publications for the New England Historic Genealogical Society/Newbury Street Press.

Client services include the following: genealogical and historical research with written reports; family history narratives with images; DNA analysis; lineage application research and proof arguments for Mayflower and Revolutionary War ancestors; document search; and onsite research at archives, libraries and genealogical and historical societies. Specialty areas include all New England states, New York (city and state), and Jewish genealogy, including Sephardic research in Amsterdam, Curaçao, and St. Thomas.
