Mary Henderson specializes in applying DNA testing, in conjunction with traditional document-based genealogy, to identify unknown parents and ancestors, to extend back your family tree, to solve genealogy brick walls, to prove or disprove your genealogy paper trail and to fill in unknown family lines, especially for adoptees. 

Mary has over 45 years of experience with traditional genealogy and over 12 years of experience with genetic genealogy. 

Mary is proficient in interpreting autosomal DNA results, Y-DNA results and mitochondrial DNA results.

Genetic genealogy requires the ability to research anywhere in the world and Mary has extensive experience with international genealogy research. Special areas of interest include identifying the biological parents of adoptees, solving family tree brick walls, Y-DNA analysis, Eastern European genealogy and Jewish genetic genealogy,
