Lynn Breyfogle, PhD is the CEO and Lead Family Historian of Family History Sleuth, LLC. She has been passionate about her family history for over 45 years and loves the fact that she has had a variety of ancestor experiences to uncover, including Mayflower Passengers, Revolutionary War Soldiers, Civil War Soldiers, along with immigrants from Italy, Hungary, and Germany between the years of 1855-1900 and a "wheel baby" from Southern Italy where she could hone her DNA investigative skills. Her PhD is in mathematics education and her background and experience as a professor of mathematics and mathematics educator have provided her over 30 years of experience teaching others about things she is passionate about. Her mathematics background has been invaluable for honing her logical thinking skills and attention to detail.

She divides her time between Lenawee County, Michigan and Montour County, Pennsylvania and helps clients from all over the U.S. with specific expertise for ancestors from Michigan, Pennyslvania, and Southern Italy.
