Translations: I translate printed and handwritten German material, including the old Kurrent and Sütterlin scripts. I frequently work with 19th and 20th century documents, letters, postcards, and photographs.   In addition to translations, I can provide further context and resources to help you understand these documents.

Genealogy: I have extensive experience in 19th and 20th century genealogy of immigrants to the US and Canada.  Recent projects have included Jewish, German, and Polish immigrants to the United States.

DNA for Unknown Parentage:  I've solved a number of unknown parentage cases, successfully identifying biological parents and grandparents using both DNA and traditional records.  A number of successful projects have been with older adults who are seeking to answer life-long questions about their identity.
