My primary interest is researching New York and New England ancestries and histories. My genealogical and historical research specialty is 17th- through 19th-century New England and 18th- and 19th-century New York State.

Other areas of expertise: Searching Land, Probate, and Court Records for New York State and all New England states from the 17th through the 19th centuries.

Past Experience:   I worked as a consultant for the New England Historic Genealogical Society's Newbury Street Press from 2015-2017, researching New York families, from the Mid-Hudson River Valley westward to Central New York to Erie and Chautauqua Counties in far western New York.

I have been in private practice since 2018, helping to solve "brick wall" problems in New York and New England ancestries.
