My name is Jayme. In 2020, I took a direct-to-consumer DNA test and uncovered a buried secret: I was a middle child. I had no idea that a much younger sister and brother lived no more than an hour away. Using my research skills as a trained historian, I connected with my lost family and found a renewed passion in genealogical research. Now, it’s my pleasure to help others find their family bones. Why bones? Because just like bones provide a framework for our bodies, Our Family Bones provides a framework for your family history.

I offer a variety of genealogy services, including ancestor research for lineage-based organizations, DNA analysis, interpretive historical research, document retrieval, next-of-kin identification for estate lawyers, and family tree creation. And for those who want professional research support, I am also available as a personal research coach.
