Jan brings a unique combination of expertise in finance, genealogy, and real estate. He holds a degree in finance from Masaryk University, is a licensed realtor with extensive experience in archival research, having traced his own ancestry and built a family tree that includes over 1,500 individuals. Leveraging his expertise, he has successfully solved dozens of cases involving the identification and location of heirs worldwide.

Together with his colleague Denis Valasek, he also launched a project focused on forgotten properties in the Czech Republic. This initiative has saved hundreds of properties from state seizure and received national recognition.

At Terra Ancestra, his role focuses on working closely with heirs, ensuring smooth and transparent communication throughout the property reclamation and sales process.

In his free time, he is building the Eiffel Tower from 10,001 pieces of the LEGO® Icons 10307 set.
