Holly’s genealogy career originated from a strong foundation in historical research, including  a master’s degree in library science and experience as an archivist.

Fascinated by the world of family history, she continued her education by attending genealogy conferences and ultimately earning a Professional Learning Certificate in Genealogical Research from Boston University.

She actively participates in workshops and educational opportunities through memberships in the Association of Professional Genealogists, the New England Historic Genealogical Society, and the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society.

Although Holly has researched nearly every county in the state, she frequently tackles research in the following counties:
  • Columbia
  • Rensselaer
  • Albany
  • Washington 

New England:
Holly's New England research primarily focuses on Massachusetts, Connecticut and Vermont.

United States:
New York and New England ancestry are Holly's specialty, but she is also skilled in other regions of the United States
