Annie is passionate about the documentation, dynamics, and creativity of human lives and families across generations. She has been deeply fascinated with histories, biographies, obituaries, aged documents, antiques, vintage design and decor, old homesteads and historic architecture, since she can remember. Old West and Victorian times are closer to an obsession, than fascination! In 1991, Annie began her quest into genealogy to fulfill the wishes of a legally blind neighbor that needed help; she was quickly hooked. Research and writing have always come naturally, so her interests and studies culminated in becoming a genealogist in 2002.

She loves her work and is very skilled at researching, documenting, and compiling connections in family heritage. These skills have been sought after in the private and public sectors, county and state agencies, private investigators, trustees, cemeteries, heirs, and recruited by AncestryProGenealogists®. She has deep roots in Scotland, Ireland, England, Denmark, Tennessee, North Carolina, Utah, and the settlement of the American West.

A native of Utah County, Utah, Annie has lived in Montana for nearly half her life. She and her husband, Paul, raised a large family of hers, his, theirs and others' precious children. They have made Ravalli County their home since 1997. Please see sidebars and below for Annie's services and specialties.
