Allyson is a genealogy speaker, writer, and consultant.  She finished her AG in the Southwest Region in 2024.  She completed Gen Proof in 2023, ProGen 53 in 2022, and a Genealogy Certificate from SLCC in 2019. She graduated from Idaho State University in 2001. She volunteers with UGA as a board member as the Education Committee chair.
