Extensive experience in genealogical research since 1977.  Have developed documented family trees back 250 years.  Expert on Polish-Jewish vital statistics documents.  Visited Poland in 1978 and 1984, Lithuania in 1990 and 1997, including research in State and Regional archives.  President, Jewish Genealogical Society (2001-2006).  Editor (1989-2000), Dorot journal.  Author, From Suwalki to St. Ignace (2 vol. 1,726 pp. family history published for a client in 2003). Research associate for Eliyahu’s Branches by Chaim Freedman, a book on descendants of the Vilna Gaon published in 1997.  Articles and research in various other publications, incl. Avotaynu.  Lectures and presentations at genealogical conferences and seminars.
