Lauren Higgs is a professional genealogist based in the Charlotte, North Carolina metropolitan area. After spending many years writing, copy editing, and managing projects for a nonprofit, a management consulting firm, and multiple Fortune 500 companies, Lauren launched RootsBound Genealogy, LLC in 2022 with partner Melinda Fox.
Together they offer family and house history research, heirs property research, and custom family and house history books and beautifully modern circle chart wall art. RootsBound conducts all original research and provides results to clients in various formats—from simple reports to a professionally printed, full-color, hardbound books.
