Are You APG’s Next Booth Coordinator? Apply by 31 August 2026

13 August 2026

APG is seeking a new Booth Coordinator, and will accept resumes until 31 August 2026.

The APG Booth Coordinator is an independent contractor (non-employee) and is compensated at $250 per virtual conference, and $1,000 per in-person conference. In 2027, we expect that the position will include RootsTech and the National Genealogical Society conference, and possibly two virtual events, still to be determined.

Complimentary registration to each conference is included in the position (when APG’s exhibition or sponsorship fee includes it), and for conferences where APG plans to have an in-person presence, travel and hotel (following APG policies) are also included. The position will begin 1 November 2026 with preparation for an onsite presence at RootsTech in March 2027. Applicants should expect that there will be some preparatory meetings surrounding each event with the Executive Director, and members of the APG marketing team.

Submit your resume and a cover letter to Michelle Dwyer Cohen at admin@apgen.org by 31 August 2026.
