Leia Kostinsky Joins APG as PMC Project Administrator

Leia KostinskyAPG is pleased to announce that Leia Kostinsky of Portugal has been named as Project Administrator for the organization’s 2025 Virtual Professional Management Conference (PMC). Kostinsky is a professional genealogist who also brings a business background in project coordination, management, and event planning. 

Kostinsky’s genealogy background includes specialized education and experience researching Jewish history and ancestry across Eastern Europe. Since 2021, she has worked as a project coordinator and researcher with familyheritage.eu, a genealogical research company, where she coordinates the department responsible for aiding those who seek European citizenship by descent.

Kostinsky holds a BA in Jewish History and East Asian Studies from Tel Aviv University, and has studied International Management and Leadership at Lauder Business School in Vienna.

APG’s PMC Project Administrator is a contract position that works closely with the Executive Director and the PMC Planning Committee to manage the development and implementation of this year’s conference.
