Leadership Update from the Association of Professional Genealogists (APG)
15 January 2025—The Association of Professional Genealogists (APG) announced today that president John Boeren, QG, has resigned his position on the APG Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective immediately.
“I am confident that the association will continue to thrive, and I look forward to seeing the great work it will accomplish in the future,” said Boeren. “Thank you for your understanding and for the opportunity to contribute to such passionate and dedicated teams.”

Suzanne Hoffman, ”The Genealogy Maven”, has been working as a professional forensic genealogist for the past seven years. She is also a specialist in Eastern European research and immigration.
